Master of Ministry in Pastoral Leadership (Off-Campus)
This program provides advanced ministerial formation for pastors and church leaders serving in active ministry, delivered through flexible and off-campus learning formats. It emphasizes biblical leadership, pastoral care, and contextual ministry in real-world church settings.
Biblical-Theological Competence: Reflected critically on one's theological understanding and pastoral identity, cultivating ongoing spiritual growth and theological competence to lead effectively in the local church and broader ministry settings. Socio-Pastoral Competence: Engaged with cultural, social, and economic realities thoughtfully to provide relevant and compassionate pastoral leadership. Psycho-Spiritual Competence: Demonstrated an integrative understanding of the interplay between psychological and spiritual dynamics in personal and communal pastoral care. Cultural-Hermeneutical Competence: Engaged with cultural, social, and economic realities thoughtfully to provide relevant and compassionate pastoral leadership.
Pastors or church workers... 1. With at least three (3) years of experience in the pastoral ministry 2. With a Bachelor's degree from Bible school (degrees in Pastoral Ministry, Biblical Studies, Theology, Religious Education, or Christian Education) 3. Those with no Bible school background but have a Bachelor's degree must take 27 units of Bible and Theology from an approved Bible school as prerequisite.
-MMPL is an ecclesiastical degree. Graduates may proceed to a masteral degree in Pastoral Studies (also ecclesiastical) if they satisfy admission requirements.
