Current and Returnee: TCG available upon request at the Registrar's Office window.

STEP 2: Student emails the updated worksheet and TCG to his/her Program Director.

ONLINE ENROLMENT

STEP 4: Upon validation by the Registrar, student will be allowed to enroll online based on the Advisement Form.

*NO NOTICE OF CLEARANCE, CANNOT PROCEED WITH THE ENROLLMENT.

PAYMENT AND ASSESSMENT

STEP 5: Enrollment form will be reviewed by the Registrar after which will be sent for assessment to the Business Office. 

Student will receive the notice of assessment from Business Office and will proceed to payment.

STEP 7: Upon proof of payment, students will be given Notice of Enrollment and instructions for their online classes. *New Students will be given an official ags.edu.ph email address from This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Please activate the email account immediately in order to access your course materials and join google classroom.
