Online Advising & Enrollment ADVISING STEP 1: Download Advisement Form. ONLINE ENROLMENT STEP 4: Upon validation by the Registrar, student will be allowed to enroll online based on the Advisement Form. Online Enrollment Form will be given by *NO NOTICE OF CLEARANCE, CANNOT PROCEED WITH THE ENROLLMENT. PAYMENT AND ASSESSMENT STEP 5: Enrollment form will be reviewed by the Registrar after which will be sent for assessment to the Business Office. Student will receive the notice of assessment from Business Office and will proceed to payment.
